Amphawa Devaree, Affordable and Delicious Simple Meals

On a hot summer day, if you're visiting the Amphawa Floating Market and looking for a place where you can sit by the river to enjoy the view, with air conditioning for comfort, I recommend the Devaree Boutique Cafe and Bistro!

Devaree Boutique is actually a restaurant located in a boutique guesthouse. It offers simple Thai snacks (such as Pad Thai, fried rice, mango sticky rice) as well as Western dishes (steak, fries, pasta), with prices ranging from 185 to 235 baht.

Many local Thai tourists visit here, just to have a drink and a piece of cake, as a place to rest after shopping around the market.

The interior of the restaurant is quite unique, with a royal palace-like atmosphere. There are two types of seating: one is the Thai-style tatami, where you can lie down, sit, or recline, making it very comfortable. However, for larger people, this type of seating may not be as comfortable as the sofa chairs, which some may prefer depending on personal taste.

Three of us chose the Thai-style tatami to experience, ordering Pancake Ice Cream (135 baht), Iced Latte (90 baht), Iced Cappuccino (90 baht), and Iced Green Tea (90 baht), totaling 405 baht.

If you're tired after walking around the floating market, this is a great place to take a break.
