Jod Fair Ratchada
The original Jod Fair Rama 9 lease expired at the end of the year, so they relocated to a new site, expanding after September and undergoing major renovations, now renamed Jod Fair Ratchada, which opened on November 1! Operating hours are from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM daily.
The new night market covers 13 rai (over 6000 square meters) and currently has 800 new and old vendors. It is located next to Big C supermarket on Ratchada, a 3-minute walk from Exit 4 of Thailand Cultural Centre MRT Station.
Currently, Jod Fair Ratchada and Jod Fair Rama 9 are both in operation.
Guide to the New Night Market
Jod Fair Ratchada has a rectangular layout (with a larger section at the back), divided into sections: on the left, the restaurant area; in the middle, the tent area (with 31 stalls divided into 3 rows); on the far right, there are red-brick shops, a seating area with two rows of tables, and food stalls in independent pavilions.
The market displays antique luxury cars, which people can admire and take photos of—this is one of Jod Fair's signature features. Ratchada also follows this trend, with some seating placed in front for resting.

The layout of the stalls here is more compact and the decorations are charming. In addition to the familiar old stores, there are also exciting new businesses that have moved in, offering food, clothing, accessories, and other products. This is a great new spot to enjoy an interesting and authentic Thai night market experience, and it will continue to gain popularity over time.
Top 10 Recommended Foods
After operating two major night markets, Jod Fair has kept the popular foods from Ratchada while introducing new and well-known food vendors. As a result, the competition in the food area has become more intense, and here are 10 must-try vendors that should not be missed.
Fuu Faa
Founded in 2014, this seafood vendor features a tower of coconut milk sauce with seafood (shrimp, crab, squid) grilled to perfection. When combined with Thai-style spicy sauce, it's incredibly delicious! A box costs 140 baht.
Waffe Thai Tea
This stall's highlight is its elephant-shaped waffles, available in flavors such as original, cheese, Thai milk tea, peanut, corn, coconut, mango, peanut butter + banana, and durian. Prices range from 50 to 100 baht. The taste is not particularly special, but the cute shape attracts many girls who buy them for photos. Their Thai milk tea is also highly recommended.
Avocado House
Avocado House by Saipun Smoothie Bar is a very popular avocado milkshake shop. It uses the highest quality avocados and A++ grade imported milk, with several options available, including almond milk, pistachio milk, and oat milk mixtures. The two are blended into a thick, creamy, chewy smoothie, priced between 65 to 85 baht per cup. There are also 9 different toppings available, such as banana, kiwi, mango, watermelon, and coconut, with prices ranging from 60 to 85 baht per cup. For those who love healthy smoothies, this is a must-try.
Bakery Camp Cafe's
This stall offers two different types of food. The drink is Thailand's local Ovaltine (a mix of chocolate and milk flavor), priced at 60 baht per cup. The best-seller is the sugar rock durian (4 pieces for 100 baht), with a strong durian flavor that hits your throat with a pungent kick, highly praised by many Thai celebrities. Definitely worth trying.
Better B Butter
This stall specializes in "Cat-shaped Butter Toast." The toast is made in the shape of a cat's head and spread with a special butter. The taste is a sweet and slightly salty combination, loved by many Thai people. 10 pieces for 100 baht; 20 pieces for 200 baht.
1958 Cafe'
This fruit smoothie shop, located at Rama 9 on the outskirts, became popular due to its unique and luxurious presentation. A cup costs between 75 to 130 baht. Now, with its expanded stall at Ratchada, it has also become a popular spot, with one of the female employees, although not as famous as the Fruit Goddess, charmingly smiling and becoming another signature feature of the shop.
GINKATO
This stall sells modified Japanese takoyaki, with large octopus and shrimp placed on top, making it more appetizing. The takoyaki has a chewy texture. 4 large octopus balls and shrimp balls cost 120 baht.
Leng Zabb
Leng Zabb's volcano ribs, originating from the Ratchada Train Night Market, have expanded to Rama 9 and are now back at Ratchada. The stall has become larger, and the business is still thriving with high popularity.
Kung Tep
Kung Tep (กุ้งเทพ) is famous for its seafood platters, including squid, oysters, shrimp (both small and large), all served in a metal bucket, poured onto the table. Customers put on gloves and enjoy the seafood with gusto! It was popular during the Train Night Market era and is still doing great business after returning to Ratchada.
Fruit Goddess
Once the star of the Train Night Market, the popularity of Fruit Goddess has declined with time. Now, a cup that used to cost 150 baht has become less popular, but it still remains one of Ratchada Night Market's signature offerings.
Other past popular dishes like grilled jellyfish, spicy shrimp salad, and cheesy potatoes are still available, along with a few new stalls: Squid Shot cups, Monsters fried ice cream, fried bananas, grilled crocodile meat, and Ing's Passion Tea.
